How to replace the liner vibrating screen

1. Open the dust cover and remove the screen frame from the linear vibrating screen as a whole
2. Remove the layering from the contact between the screen frame and the screen body
3.Lay the net flat around the screen frame, secure it with a nail, and then press it down with a strip. Refasten firmly
4.When the net is nailed, turn it over and place 2-3 rubber balls in each box. Lay the working screen flat on the screen frame and pull out the nails.
5.Place the nailed screen frame in the box body from thin to rough according to the practical screen, and then tighten the bolt with the pressing iron. Make the screen frame and the box body match closely
6.After starting the machine, stop the machine again to tighten the screws. If the wooden frame is found loose during production, tighten the bolts
