Skills of using Linear vibrating screen
1. Check whether the attached splint is removed before starting.
2. Check whether all locking parts are firm.
3. Check whether the sieve surface on the sieve is compact.
4. Check the connection between the rubber pad and the screen body and frame.
5. Check the connection between the vibration motor and the screen body.
6. Check the vibration motor.
7. Check the power supply voltage.
8. Check the interlock control device of the vibration motor.
9. Remove the end cover of the motor, check whether the relative phase angle of the sector block is consistent, and tighten the fastening screws of the sector block.
10. The installation angle of the two motors should be consistent.
11. Check whether the hose connection of inlet and outlet is sealed, and do not overtighten, otherwise it will be twisted when the screen body moves.
12. No-load test run. During the test run, there should be no collision or abnormal sound between the screen body and the frame.
13. Check the amplitude. When the sieve body reciprocates linearly, there should be no abnormal phenomena such as twisting.
14. After 10-15 minutes of operation, use the wrench to tighten the bolts used in the drive mechanism.
