After the trial operation is completed, check the above contents for correctness, re-tighten all fasteners, the screen and all parts are tightly tightened, and then it can be officially used. Prior to this, the following work must be done:
1) Operator training should understand the structure and simple working principle of each part of the equipment; before work, make preparations for driving, check that the rotating parts are flexible and free of jams, the screen is intact, all parts are not loose, and the bolts are fastened.
2) No-load start and stop Vibrating screens are generally used in crushing and screening equipment or washing and selection processes, requiring the screen to start and stop without load. Therefore, the principle of starting reverse process flow and stopping along the process flow should be observed. Except for special reasons, it is not allowed to stop with material. When there is accumulated material on the screen surface, it must be removed before it can be started. After the operation is normal, the feeding can be started.
