How to installation TROMMEL screen

1. Embedded steel plate. Before installation, the steel plate should be embedded according to the requirements of the equipment installation drawing. The upper plane of the embedded steel plate should be on the same plane. The embedded steel plates and foot bolts required for installation shall be prepared by the installation unit.
2. Installation of screen body. According to the arrangement of the inlet and outlet of the equipment, the installation position of the screen body is determined.
3. Install the base bracket. Install the two ends of the screen body on the base bracket by lifting, adjust the installation angle of the screen body to the design angle, and finally carry out fixed welding.
4. Connect the inlet and outlet.
5. Connect the lower bracket sealing plate of the screen body.
6. Turn the drum sieving drum by hand, there must be no excessive resistance or stuck phenomenon, otherwise it should be promptly investigated and adjusted.
7. After the drum screen is shipped, if it is installed more than 6 months ago, the bearing of the large shaft must be removed and cleaned before installation, and new grease (No. 2 lithium-based grease) is injected.
